Where Faith, Learning, and Community Come Together in Springfield, Georgia
Built on purpose. Open to all.
Set on 35 acres in Springfield, Georgia, The Onyx Manor is a regional hub where faith, learning, and practical life are thoughtfully integrated.
Our Mission
To create spaces and programs that unite Christian education, practical knowledge, and community engagement for the good of families and future generations in southern Georgia.
Three Pillars
Faith-based education
Life skills development
Community Engagement
The Onyx Manor is an applied learning and community campus designed to support experiential learning, family enrichment, and practical knowledge. It serves as both a life skills learning environment and a gathering place for the Effingham County and greater Southern Georgia community.
The Campus
At The Onyx Manor, every space is designed with purpose. The property includes a 1,900 sq. ft. multipurpose community hall, a 5,000 sq. ft. residence with gathering spaces, a one-room school, and a large expanse of land with stocked ponds, gardens, and farm animals.
The campus functions as a living ecosystem in south Georgia that supports both learning and gathering.
A Place for Community
Something meaningful is always in season here.
The campus is alive with students and lifelong learners. Faithful Roots Schoolhouse children learn to care for farm animals and learn science in the open air. Members of the Effingham County and greater southern Georgia community can rent spaces for offsite meetings, executive retreats, workshops, training, ministry, and more.
Whether it’s a curated market or a milestone celebration, The Onyx Manor comes to life with people at the heart of it all.
Make an Impact
The Onyx Manor is not a check written into the void. It’s a campus you can walk and a legacy that will outlast all of us. Every gift goes directly into the land, the programming, and the people this place serves.
“The Onyx Manor brings people together around ideas, around tables, and around purpose, so that what’s built here strengthens individuals, and by extension, our community.”
